All goods will be shipped within 2 working days of payment clearance. Goods are shipped by Australia Post for a Flat Rate to anywhere in Australia. Goods will not be shipped overseas.
Returns
No returns or refunds are offered on goods or services. In the case of goods these are heavily discounted clearance stock at wholesale price or less and there simply isn't enough money being made on the goods to allow for returns. If however your goods have arrived damaged please do contact us and we may allow exceptions to the general rule.
For the ebooks and consultations it's not possible to return these services so no refunds can be offered.
